Job Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Strategy:
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Plan and create email campaigns that align with the overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Email Content Creation:
  • Write compelling and effective email copy and content.
  • Design and create visually appealing email templates that enhance user experience.
  • List Management:
  • Segment email lists to target specific audience groups for personalized campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Automation:
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Implement drip campaigns, triggered emails, and other automated processes to improve efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that all email campaigns are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage opt-in and opt-out requests promptly.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing efforts.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Analytical skills to interpret email marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
